The perfect candidate will also:

  • Possess a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Have 1+ years of experience in client management or a similar role.
  • Demonstrate expertise in customer service and a deep understanding of the marketing landscape.
  • Be proficient in MS Office and have working knowledge of a CRM platform (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Excel at written and verbal communication, negotiation, and building rapport.
  • Be a team player with a collaborative spirit and a passion for learning.

What you’ll do:

  • Collaborate with internal teams (creatives, strategists, data analysts) to deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Develop comprehensive account plans tailored to client objectives and industry trends.
  • Consult with clients on optimizing processes and maximizing their marketing ROI.
  • Manage regular client communication through meetings, reports, and proactive updates.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
  • Help the sales team identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to enhance client value.
  • Ensure both MD Agency and clients adhere to contractual agreements and maintain transparent relationships.
  • Analyze competitor strategies and market trends to develop client retention initiatives.
