- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
- Help the sales team identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to enhance client value.
- Ensure both MD Agency and clients adhere to contractual agreements and maintain transparent relationships.
- Analyze competitor strategies and market trends to develop client retention initiatives.
